What is therapy and how can it help me?

It is process of self-discovery where people gain insight, knowledge and skills to be able to overcome challenges in their lives. Whether you are struggling to meet the demands of daily life or are not sure how to cope with a particular situation or a relationship, therapy can be a valuable resource for improving your life.

Under very special circumstances, we can offer weekend and evening appointments. Please call us for more information.
